Sausage Balls Recipe

  • Makes 4 oz.
  • 1-1/2 Bradley’s sausage (hot or mild)
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix sausage, cheese, and bisquick in a large bowl.
  3. Form dough into small balls (1/2 to 1/4″ in diameter).
  4. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and cook in oven until golden brown (about 10 minute). Serve hot.
