Sausage Macaroni Casserole Recipe

- 2 cups (7 or 8 oz.) macaroni
- 1/4 t. curry powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- Cook macaroni according to directions; drain and set aside.
- In skillet, melt margarine.
- Brown sausage; add onion, green pepper and curry powder until tender.
- In large bowl combine soup, milk; add sausage mixture, 1 cup cheese, 3 eggs.
- Mix well.
- Turn into 2-1/2 qt.
- Buttered casserole.
- Cover top with cheese and 1 sliced egg.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. (Freezes nicely)
